The Oatland's Golf Club is your answer to a versatile venue away from the usual Sydney event venues. This venue has been built to accommodate many guests with its large onsite carpark, multiple bars and common areas.

This function room is complete with its own serviced bar, outdoor balcony and dance floor. The versatile setup means that it is ideal for many events, from corporate meetings to weddings.

Room Hire Charge 
  • $400 for a full day (over 4 hours) 
  • $350 for a half day (up to 4 hours) 
Please note these room hire charges are applicable for events ending before 6pm weekdays. A surcharge of $100 per hour is payable per hour (or part thereof) for events ending after this time.

This conference room is ideal for a smaller group requiring an efficient space with privacy and amenities nearby.

  • Fully air-conditioned private conference function  seating up to 25 U Shape or 30 Classroom Style 
  • Wall mounted plasma screen for HDMA OR SVGA input from laptop 
  • Large projector screen for your visual requirements  
  • Flip Chart and Whiteboard

Dear Adrian,

I am writing of behalf of all members, guests and friends of the Inner Wheel Club of Parramatta Inc to thank you for the lovely ‘Changeover‘ function we held at your Club at lunchtime on Monday.
