• $32.00 per hour per wait person
• $38.00 per hour per chef
  - (includes income tax & necessary insurances required by law)
• NB: Travel time of staff from Parramatta included in hours worked.
• Sunday surcharges do apply.

Full Table Setting ie; Crockery, Cutlery, Linen Napkin, Linen Table cloths & wine Glass

• $5.50 per person
• additional glassware 50c per glass

Hire of Marques, Tables, Chairs, Floors, Porta Loos can be arranged by Amadeus Catering & invoiced by Hire Company.

Flowers, Balloon Art, Specialty Cakes, Candelabras, etc can be arranged for you

Beverages by Arrangement
A large range of premium wines, beers, champagne and soft drinks with glass ware, ice and ice tubs can be arranged to suit your requirements. Prices on application.

Requirements & Conditions

• All reservations must be confirmed in writing or by fax
• A deposit of 20% is required upon confirmation to secure booking
• Final numbers and menu selections must be supplied 48hrs prior to the event. On this, charges will be based.
• Function must be paid for in full 24 hours prior to event
• All prices include 10% GST
• Accounts may be set up in special circumstances
• A fee of 10% will be incurred if function is cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
